About eyeliner tattoo
Permanent eyeliner enhances the appearance of the eyes. It eliminates the need to outline lids with liquid liner or pencil — no more smearing or smudging throughout the day. It also improves the appearance of missing, thin or light-coloured lashes. A great solution for clients with oily skin, vision problems, or unsteady hands. Saves time in the morning and never disappears.
Eyeliner techniques
Lash enhancement — for clients who want an extremely natural look. Pigment is tattooed only at the base of the eyelashes, between the rows. No obvious line is drawn. Lashes appear darker and fuller and the eye is framed without looking like you're wearing eyeliner. Men commonly choose this for added definition.
Eyeliner — pigment is implemented at the base of the lash line and slightly above. Thin from the inner eye to the centre, and slightly thicker at the outer corner to lengthen the look of the eye.
Cat-eye — pre-drawn and marked before the procedure. Choose thin or thick flick. Perfect for clients who want a more dramatic, makeup-style look.
How to prepare
Allow at least 3 hours for your initial procedure. Please remove contact lenses and bring glasses — you won't be able to wear contacts for 24–48 hours afterwards. Stop using eyelash growth products at least one month prior. Detailed prep instructions are emailed once you book.
What to expect during the appointment
We start with a consultation to choose the design and colour. The eye is mapped and we apply topical numbing cream. The procedure itself takes 1.5–2 hours.
Healing & aftercare
Mild swelling and tenderness is normal and resolves over a few days. The pigment will appear darker than expected for the first week and will lighten 30–40% as the skin heals. Total healing takes about 4–7 days; full pigment maturation 4–8 weeks. A touch-up is recommended at 6–8 weeks.
